2. Information We Collect

- Social Content: Posts, stories, reels (short-form video), comments, likes, follows, and other social interactions you create on the platform.
- Event and Course Data: Event registrations, course enrolments, attendance records, live stream participation, and progress tracking data.
- Wallet and Transaction Data: Wallet balances, gift card purchases and redemptions, store credits, loyalty points, promotional code usage, and referral activity.
- Intake Form Responses: Information you provide through custom intake forms created by shops/artists for appointment preparation.
- Ratings and Reviews: Star ratings, review text, and feedback you provide about artists, shops, or the platform.
b) Information We Collect Automatically

- Location Data (optional): If enabled, we may collect your location to show nearby tattoo shops/artists.

- Video Services (Zego): For live streaming functionality.

- To enable bookings, counter-bookings, schedule management, and flash design reservations.
- To facilitate secure payments, deposits, wallet transactions, and gift card processing.
- To provide portfolio hosting, social media features, and content sharing for artists and shops.
- To enable event hosting, course delivery, and live streaming functionality.
- To facilitate in-app messaging and communication between users.

- In Business Transfers: If InkLink merges, sells assets, or is acquired.
5. Data Retention
We retain personal data only as long as necessary:
- Account data: Until you delete your account.
- Booking and transaction records: Up to 6 years (for tax/legal compliance).
- Communications and messages: For as long as needed to provide support and services.
- Social content (posts, reels, comments): Until you delete the content or your account.
- Stories: Automatically deleted after expiration (typically 24 hours).
- Wallet, gift card, and loyalty data: For as long as your account is active and up to 6 years after for compliance.
When data is no longer required, it will be securely deleted or anonymized.

13. Apple In-App Purchases
For course purchases made on iOS devices, payments are processed by Apple through their In-App Purchase system. Apple collects and processes payment information according to their own privacy policy.
